CCM student-created new works hit the stage in Transmigration 2023
Performances are free, but ticket reservations are encouraged
Story by CCM Graduate Student Chet Rhodes
The University of Cincinnati College-Conservatory of Music presents six new works in Transmigration 2023 at 7 p.m. on March 8-10 at Liberty Exhibition Hall. Tickets are FREE, but phone or in-person reservations through the CCM Box Office are encouraged.
Named for “the transition from one state of being to another,” Transmigration has been the home of the next generation of theater’s ideas for the past 13 years. Constructed by teams of CCM Acting students, each year’s festival sees CCM students produce six original 30-minute shows. With performances happening simultaneously throughout Liberty Exhibition Hall, Transmigration attendees will have opportunities to view a personally curated program of their choosing. More information about each student-created work is below.
