Building the CRE Workforce of the Future
April Roundtable features UC Real Estate Center and CREW Cincinnati collaboration
The UC Real Estate Center and CREW Greater Cincinnati will jointly present a Roundtable Series event on Friday, April 14, at Cooper Creek Event Center. Sign-in and networking will begin at 7:30 a.m. followed by a breakfast buffet. The program will begin at 8:15 a.m.
All attendees are required to register prior to the event. Roundtable Members are admitted for free with a 2022-23 Membership. The non-member charge is $95 per person, CREW member charge is $45 per person, and UC faculty, staff and students are admitted for free.
The program will include introduction and opening remarks followed by a panel discussion and Q&A moderated by Wendy Mann, CEO of CREW Network and president of the CREW Foundation.
Featured panelists will include local real estate professionals Lindzie Gunnels, Molly Ironmonger, Christopher Johnson and Amy Reddy.

Wendy Mann, CREW Network
Wendy Mann, certified assessment evaluator (CAE), is chief executive officer of CREW Network. With 30 years of association management experience, Mann brings a passion for commercial real estate, her strategic vision for the association and a commitment to mentoring and advancing women to the CREW Network. She believes that connecting, collaborating and communicating are key to success in building relationships and creating change within the industry. Lindzie Gunnels joined the 3CDC team in 2019 as senior commercial leasing officer. In this role, Gunnels manages the leasing activity for all retail, restaurant and office spaces, and oversees the commercial tenant buildouts and execution of strategies related to tenant relations.
Molly Ironmonger, Mercy BonSecours
Molly Ironmonger has worked on many sides of the construction industry. After joining the Bon Secours Mercy Health ministry, Ironmonger served as director of design and construction for Southwest Ohio and Kentucky.
Christopher Johnson, Frost Brown Todd
As chief inclusion, diversity, equity and belonging officer, Chris Johnson leads the firm’s initiatives and goals in the areas of workplace experience, client and community engagement, workforce representation, as well as firm wide inclusion and belonging efforts.

Amy Reddy brings more than 20 years of human resources experience to the company’s first-ever vice president of talent leadership role. In 1983, the UC Real Estate Roundtable Series was created to establish and maintain links between the university and the business and real estate communities. The Roundtable Series features guest speakers who present their ideas, thoughts and perspectives on topics that impact the real estate industry. The Roundtable Series strives to:
