Hence, we are experiencing the rising tension of worker expectations on the workplace. Today most companies, regardless of their sector, recognize this opportunity and are searching for answers.

Rich Isphording is Vice President of Strategic Alliances & Applied Research + Consulting for Steelcase Inc. Steelcase helps create great experiences — wherever work happens. Previously, Rich was Director of Vertical Markets, North America, where he was responsible for higher education, federal government, state and local government, biosciences, professional services, retail banking and hospitality. Rich has been with Steelcase for 30 years and spent much of his career in Los Angeles and San Francisco and is now based in Cincinnati.

Kroger to close 60 stores in the next 18 months

Kroger announced in its latest earnings release that it plans to close 60 of its stores in the coming months despite strong sales. A Kroger spokesperson told WLWT that the company does not anticipate any closures in the Cincinnati or Dayton areas. Gary Painter, PhD, academic director of real estate at Lindner, spoke with WLWT to provide context on why the closures are not necessarily a cause for concern, regardless of which stores may shut down.
