Cincinnati Business Courier profiles DAAP dean

Timothy Jachna spoke to the publication ahead of his first full year as dean of UC's College of Design, Architecture, Art, and Planning

Timothy Jachna joined the University of Cincinnati last September as dean of the renowned College of Design, Architecture, Art, and Planning. On Aug. 26, he will begin his first full year at the university.

With a professional background in architecture and a career spanning the globe, including his most recent stint at the Hong Kong Polytechnic University in China, Jachna's goal is to implement a future-oriented, strategic focus for DAAP and its many degree programs. 

"We’re focused on how we can intervene in the world," he told the Cincinnati Business Courier.
