UC Emergency Medicine doctor provides tips to beat the heat

With the Tristate and much of the nation in the grip of a heat wave, Dustin Calhoun, MD, assistant professor in the Department of Emergency Medicine at the UC College of Medicine provided tips to local media outlets of ways to beat the heat and stay safe. On WLWT-TV, he discussed warning signs of heat stroke. On 700-WLW radio, Calhoun talked about the importance of staying hydrated and wearing the proper clothing in the extreme temperatures.
