Grilled Bratwurst with Caramelized Onions and Apples

Starters:

  • Beer Cheese Spread with Soft Pretzel
  • German Meatball with Mushroom Sauce
  • Paired with Chateau Ste Michelle Pinot Gris

Entrées:

  • Grilled Bratwurst with Caramelized Onions and Apples
  • Beer Braised Beef Short Ribs
  • Both Entrées served with Red Potatoes and Sauerkraut with a Mustard Cream Sauce
  • Paired with Underwood Pinot Noir

Dessert:

  • Apple Strudel with Cinnamon Ice Cream
  • German Chocolate Cake
  • Paired with Sandeman Porto Tawny
