Local Information: Oct. 16, 2021, first incident

On Oct. 16, 2021, at about 6 a.m., police responded to the 2300 block of Wheeler Street for a burglary report. The victim, a UC student, reported waking up to a suspect crawling through the student's window. The suspect fled when the student screamed.
