Racial Trauma Resources
Race Based Stress and Trauma is a term used to describe the negative mental health impact of experiences of racial discrimination, systemic oppression, harrassment, and violence on People of Color. Like any traumatic event, race based stress and trauma can cause difficulty with day-to-day functioning and quality of life, and deserves mental health support and community advocacy.
