For those of you who haven't attended classes before, we are excited to welcome you here!
- Anyone of any skill level can attend our classes! Our instructors are skilled at adpating the class specific to your abilities
- Introduce yourself to the instructor - they LOVE to meet their participants!
- Registration is REQUIRED for ALL classes!
- Arrive 5-10 minutes early to ensure enough time to check in and grab any necessary equipment
- Classes are either 30- or 45-minutes unless otherwise noted

Class Descriptions
Arms & Abs
Targeting your upper body, this class is designed to strengthen your shoulders, biceps, triceps and back muscles. This class consists of weight training combined with functional core exercises to increase muscular strength and fitness. You can expect a lower impact, high strength class through various exercises and timed blocks.
Barre
Looking to lengthen and strengthen your muscles using movements and techniques inspired by Pilates, ballet, and yoga? Join us for Barre! This class utilizes the ballet barre to target your lower body, upper body, and everything in between! With high reps and low weight, get ready to embrace the shake and feel the burn! All fitness levels are invited.
Choreo Cycle
A rhythm-based ride blending cycling and simple choreography to the beat of energizing playlists for a fun, full-body cardio session.
Dance Fitness
Get sweaty dancing to the hottest hip-hop, reggaeton, Afro beats, and Latin tracks - plenty of twerking, booty poppin’, and high-energy moves. Perfect for all fitness levels.
Full Body Strength
Whether you are new to exercise or a seasoned fitness guru, you’ll discover new ways to move your body using weighted and bodyweight exercises with this Full Body Strength class. With a focus on empowerment and functionality, our FBS classes are structured to strengthen every major muscle group in your body in just 45 minutes. Grab a towel and a water bottle, and give your body the challenge it needs!
Gentle Yoga
Whether you are new to yoga or an experienced yogi looking for a relaxed flow, this slow-paced class gives participants an opportunity to relax, destress, and get a good stretch in. You can expect an emphasis on breathwork, meditation, and flexibility. This class will focus on both static and dynamic stretches, while incorporating many classic yoga poses. This class is a perfect opportunity to quiet your mind and reconnect with your body, no matter what level you are!
Hatha Yoga
A steady, mindful practice that emphasizes holding postures, controlled breathing, and proper alignment. Perfect for building strength, flexibility, and balance while fostering a sense of calm and focus.
HIIT & Core
Whether you're training for an event or just want to push yourself further, HIIT, or High Intensity Interval Training is for you with some added core! This quick and effective 45-minute workout will get your heart pumping and your muscles moving until you know you've hit your limit. Come ready to work hard and sweat a lot in this class. All levels welcome!
Mat Pilates
A seamless flow of classic Pilates principles, form, and breathing techniques. Build strength, stability, and body awareness in a supportive environment.
Power Cycle
Push past your limits with performance-focused intervals, hill climbs, and speed sprints designed to improve strength and stamina. Track your metrics and leave feeling accomplished.
Power Pilates
Amp up your Pilates practice with faster transitions, advanced core work, and full-body conditioning. Designed for those ready for a challenge.
Power Yoga
A challenging, flowing sequence of poses that wakes up your body, increases your heart rate and makes you sweat! This class will challenge your body and engage your mind as we go through a sequence of empowering poses that move at a quicker pace. Rhythm Ride
Pedal to the beat in this music-driven ride that combines cardio bursts, light choreography, and energizing playlists. Perfect for anyone who wants the workout to feel more like a party than a chore.
R.I.P.P.E.D.
A total body, high-intensity program that utilizes free weights, resistance, and body weight to build muscle and get RIPPED. This class includes Resistance, Intervals, Power, Plyometrics, and Endurance!
Shallow Water Power
Shallow Water Power is a mixture of Intense Aerobics and resistance training. Utilizing the leisure pool and specialized equipment, you will get an effective all body workout that is friendly to the joints. This HIIT style workout will get your blood pumping and your muscles working in an all-levels friendly workout.
Turn Up Dance Fitness
A high intensity interval training dance workout that feels like you're going to the club with your friends! Although it works your whole body, let the beat move you and dance your heart out!
Yoga Flow
A quiet contemplative practice that takes advantage of longer-held poses allowing you to work deeply into your body and help to improve energy flow. During our classes, you can expect a series of long (4-8 minutes) passive poses that mainly work the lower part of the body.
Zumba
We take the "work" out of workout, by mixing low-intensity and high-intensity moves for an interval-style, calorie-burning dance fitness party. Once the Latin and World rhythms take over, you'll see why Zumba® Fitness classes are often called exercise in disguise. Super effective? Check. Super fun? Check and check.
