Our instructional classes and workshops are designed to teach you skills so you can gain confidence or learn a new fitness format. These classes are taught by our certified personal trainers and will be taugh in small groups, no more than 8 people.

Barbell Basics
Learn how to incorporate free weights into your routine with more exercises and proper technique. Whether you're aiming to increase strength, build muscle, or refine your form, this program will challenge you and provide the guidance you need to elevate your workouts.

Power Cycle Conditioning
Take your training to the next level with this performance-focused cycling class designed to improve both aerobic endurance and anaerobic capacity. Using power-based training, you'll work through intervals that target your Functional Threshold Power (FTP), the key to building sustainable speed and strength on the bike. Track your power output, challenge your limits, and leave each ride feeling stronger, faster, and more efficient. Perfect for cyclists and fitness enthusiasts ready to train with purpose!

Workday Warriors: Faculty & Staff Small Group Training
Build strength and community with this exclusive small group training class led by a certified personal trainer. Designed specifically for faculty and staff, this program will focus on foundational movement patterns with weights plus mobility training and conditioning workouts. No matter your fitness level, you’ll get personalized attention and motivation to help you move better, feel better, and thrive. *No membership to Campus Recreation required.
