Exhibit and Vendor Showcase Details
The vendor showcase provides all sponsors with the opportunity to exhibit on the second day of the conference during a dedicated time slot with no competing sessions. This ensures ample time for networking and one-on-one conversations with higher education professionals. Additionally, Diamond Premier and Platinum Premier sponsors can showcase their exhibits for all three days of the conference in a high-traffic area
All sponsorships include access to the full conference. Number of passes available are based upon the sponsorship level. Additional passes can be purchased
Diamond and Platinum Premier Sponsors: Exhibits will be placed in a high-traffic area May 14-16. On day two of the conference, you will transition your display to/from our exhibit hall for the Vendor Showcase.
All Sponsors: The Vendor Showcase will take place in Great Hall at Tangeman University Center, 400 Level, on May 15.

Vehicle Unloading
You are welcome to unload at the Tangeman University Center Loading dock, where staff will be available to assist. Once you’ve unloaded, we ask that you move your vehicle to a parking garage before returning to set up your table. Long-term parking at the dock is not available.

Once on campus, you may follow these directions to the TUC Loading Dock:
- Turn onto Corry Boulevard and follow to the 3rd stop sign.
- At the 3rd stop sign look to your right and you will see a grey slate building with a clock tower, this is Tangeman University Center (TUC).
- At the 3rd stop sign continue straight into CCM Plaza, take the drive on the right down to the TUC Loading Dock. The loading dock is on your left, and the football stadium will be on your right.
Parking
While the most convenient location is the CCM Garage, it is also the most popular if there are events or other activities on campus. Use our convenient Visitor Tracker before you head to campus to find out which facilities have capacity.
If parking in CCM garage, CCM garage – use the Electronic Media Entrance and take the elevator to 4. When you get off the elevator, turn to the left and exit the building through the glass doors. Take the bridge over to Tangeman University Center (gray building). Once in TUC, you’ll use the elevator next to the Bookstore entrance on level 3 and take that up to level 4.
This is a smaller exhibit and ideally would be more of a tabletop display, not a large exhibit that you would see in a big exhibit hall. Here is a photo of a similar set-up to how Great Hall will be set-up for the OHECC conference.

If you need to ship items out after an event, all packages require a completed outgoing shipping label affixed to the box. Packaged boxes can be left on the exhibit table and building staff will take to the shipping dock.

Arrange for pickup with the carrier Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM.
Each company has been allotted a number of complimentary registrations based your level of commitment. All exhibitors must register through the conference website, using the promo code provided via a previously sent email, with subject: "OHECC 2025 Sponsorship - On-site Staff Registration".
If you wish to bring additional staff above the allocated complimentary staff, they can register at the reduced rate of $250.00 on or before April 19. The final day to register staff for a smooth conference check-in is May 2.

Vendor Instructions
As part of the Vendor Showcase, we will be hosting a QR Code Scavenger Hunt through the Guidebook App to encourage attendee engagement and networking.
Here’s how it works:
Diamond and Platinum Premier sponsors will each receive a unique QR code to display at their exhibit table.
In addition, a selection of Gold Reserve and Silver Select sponsors will also be randomly chosen to participate. Attendees will not be informed in advance which exhibit tables have a QR code
Attendees will visit participating sponsor tables to scan the QR code, which will reveal a portion of an image within the Guidebook App.
Attendees who successfully scan all QR codes and unveil the complete image will be entered to win a prize.
What we need from you:
Display the provided QR code clearly at your table during the Vendor Showcase.
Encourage attendees to scan the code and engage in conversation—it’s a great opportunity to connect and network.
